Principal

 Holly is the passionate heart and inspiring principal of Revolutionise Dance and Theatre School. Driven by a love for seeing every child shine, she dedicates herself daily to creating opportunities where students can showcase their talents and grow their skills. From Acro to Jazz and beyond, Holly teaches with energy, warmth, and unwavering commitment. Her vibrant spirit and leadership make her the heartbeat of Revolutionise, inspiring every dancer to reach their full potential and fall in love with dance. 

Acro Dance Teacher

Caitlin has been part of Revolutionise for 10 years, specializing in Acro while also training in various dance styles. She’s competed nationwide and represented at the 2019 Dance World Cup in Braga. Since becoming Acrobatic Arts qualified in 2020, Caitlin has been teaching her own classes at Revolutionise and other schools across South Wales. Passionate about dance and teaching, she looks forward to continuing her journey inspiring dancers for years to come.

Acting coach

Amy has been an acting coach at Revolutionise for nearly 5 years. She holds a BTEC National Diploma in Musical Theatre from Bridgend College and a BA Hons in Performing Arts from the University of South Wales. Amy has acted with The Welsh National Opera, Bridgend Youth Theatre, and Maesteg Amateur Operatic Society, and has film experience with the 'It's My Shout' training scheme. Recently, she earned a PGCE aiming to teach Drama full-time. Amy loves teaching and values being part of the amazing Revolutionise team.

Street teacher

 Our Street Dance classes are all about high-energy, bold moves, and unstoppable attitude. Perfect for young teens ready to take their skills to the next level, these sessions focus on building confidence, creativity, and precision in every routine. Whether you're stepping into the world of street dance for the first time or looking to compete and win trophies, you'll find a supportive environment that pushes you to express yourself through powerful choreography. Plus, our adult street dance classes offer a fun way to stay active, learn fresh moves, and connect with others who love to dance.

Cheer & Acrobatics Teacher

 Tegan is 17 years old and has been dancing with Revolutionise Dance School since she was 8 years old. Over the years, she has developed her skills across a variety of styles including Acro, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, and Ballet, showing great versatility and passion. Tegan not only excels as a dancer but also loves to give back by teaching Acro and cheer classes on Tuesdays, inspiring younger students with her energy and dedication. Her commitment to dance and teaching reflects her enthusiasm for helping others grow and enjoy the art of movement. 

  All Style Dance Teacher  

Rubie, daughter of principal Holly, has grown up at Revolutionise and danced since she was a baby. Her love for dance shows in every class she teaches, especially Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Lyrical. Known for her firm but caring support backstage, Rubie now helps students grow through one-to-one coaching, solos, and duos. She’s come a long way and continues to inspire young dancers every day.  

  Ballet Dance Teacher

 Miss Theadore trained at The Royal Ballet School in London and was awarded a prestigious Royal Academy of Dancing scholarship in her youth. She had the incredible opportunity to perform at a Royal Gala at Drury Lane alongside legendary dancers Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev, and was personally presented to the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret. After spending several years performing abroad, she returned home to open her own ballet school in 1966. Since then, Miss Theadore has dedicated her life to training and inspiring generations of dancers, passing on her passion for ballet with warmth and expertise.

 Song & Dance Teacher

 Casey-Jane is a Musical Theatre performer specializing in singing and acting, holding a degree from Bristol Institute of Performing Arts and further training at Emil Dale Academy. She’s played standout roles like Princess Fiona in Shrek The Musical and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. While working away professionally, Casey-Jane returns regularly to lead workshops and song & dance lessons, sharing her passion and expertise to inspire the next generation of performers.

Contemporary, Lyrical and Mixed Dance Teacher 

 Graduate of Jelli Studios Theatre Arts College (2019–2021) with a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Musical Theatre, earning Double Distinction and Merit. Former London Studio Centre Associate (2018) and Wales & West Cecchetti Ballet Associate (2018). Competed in the Dance World Cup Barcelona in the Modern Boys section. Performed in professional pantomimes and various shows across London and Hereford. Passed Cecchetti Ballet Grades 4, 5, and 6 with distinctions. Currently training on the Ballet Cymru pre-professional course. 

 Tap and Modern Dance Teacher

 Briony Harris is a second-year student at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts on a full scholarship. She’s training for a DDE in Tap and Modern, supported by an ISTD bursary, and has won multiple choreography awards. At just 16, she earned her Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance (DipLCM). Briony’s recent credits include leading roles in “GameFace,” workshops for “The Sound of Music” and “Groundhog Day,” principal female in “Jack & The Beanstalk,” and performing as lead dancer and presenter at Chessington World of Adventures. 

  All Style Dance Teacher 

Tiffany is a versatile performer and experienced dance teacher with over 13 years of training across styles including RAD Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre. She holds a Certificate IV in Performing Arts from Brent Street, Sydney. Tiffany has performed nationally and internationally at theme parks, cruise lines, and major events, including alongside Olivia Newton-John at the AACTA Awards. She has worked with top brands and choreographers, appeared in music videos, and trained with London’s Company Jinks. Tiffany is also the owner of CoastQuest competition and a respected adjudicator for major dance events worldwide.   

Staff Secretary & Chaperone 

 Kendra has been part of Revolutionise Dance School since it opened 20 years ago. You’ll often spot her busy backstage, chaperoning at competitions and shows, and warmly welcoming students into the studio. She also manages the school’s administration, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Proud mum to Imogen and Oliver, who train in multiple styles almost every day, Kendra holds a Professional Chaperone Licence (Level 2), Enhanced DBS, and First Aid certificate—always ready to support and care for our dancers.

  Rebecca’s dance journey began at age 3 when she couldn’t wait to start classes. Over 18 years, she trained in jazz, tap, ballet, musical theatre, and more—earning her student teacher qualifications along the way. Later, she graduated with a BAHons in Early Years and Education and built a career as a learning support officer, nurturing children’s growth every day. After having her own children follow her into dance, Rebecca rediscovered her passion as an adult competitor across the UK. She loves supporting the dance school’s adventures and backstage buzz, holding certifications in safeguarding, child protection, and a licensed chaperone. With a deep understanding of every child’s unique needs, Rebecca’s greatest joy is helping dancers shine on stage. 

 Chaperone

 Sarah began dancing at age 6 and quickly fell in love with the art of movement. With 18 years of training in jazz, tap, ballet, musical theatre, acro, and more, she also earned a student teacher qualification in modern dance. Though she holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensics, her career in hospitality has given her great adaptability. Recently, she’s been helping people upskill for employment, gaining qualifications in safeguarding and working with children’s complex needs. As a licensed chaperone and active adult dancer, she’s passionate about supporting our team to shine on stage and reach their dreams.

Chaperone

 Chrissie, 30, loves giving back by organising fundraisers to support our exciting upcoming shows and events. She’s been a key part of recent productions and can’t wait to dive into the next showcases! With her daughter Miley calling Revolutionise Dance her second home, Chrissie feels proud and inspired to be part of the chaperone team, cheering on all the students for their hard work and passion. She holds an Enhanced DBS certificate and a full chaperone licence — ready to keep the fun safe and running smoothly!
