I have a degree in Musical Theatre that I obtained at Bristol Institute of Performing Arts and took further training at the prestigious Emil Dale Academy. I have been in various shows yet my favourite parts I’ve played to date have been Princess Fiona in Shrek The Musical and Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Teaching the next generation of performers is a particular passion of mine as I love giving my knowledge and skills to them that I’ve spent years working on. I hope I can inspire and guide them into a love of theatre and careers of their own.

I danced and trained in a number of styles from jazz, tap, ballet, soft musical comedy and theatrical for 18 years, collecting my student teachers qualifications. In my later years I graduated receiving a BAHons in early years and education. I have since found a career working with children as a learning support officer and spend my days nurturing them in their education. After having my own children and them following in my footsteps I re-found my love for dance, entering as an adult dancer in numerous competitions around the UK. I love helping the dance school embark on new adventures, I have many certificates including safeguarding and child protection, as well as a qualified licensed chaperone. From my career I understand that every child has individual needs and I am well equipped for this. I love nothing more than the hustle and bustle back stage and getting the children ready to dance on the stage so they can give it their all!

From the age of 6 I embarked on my journey of dance and absolutely fell in love with it, there is nothing quite like losing yourself in the music or stage and dancing it out. For 18 years i trained in numerous styles of jazz, tap, ballet, soft musical comedy and theatrical as well as acro, achieving my student teachers qualification in modern. I have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forensics but forged my career in hospitality allowing me to adapt to any situation that may arise. I have recently started a new position helping unemployed people upskill and gain new employment. This has led me to further qualifications in safeguarding, PREVENT, protection of children and understanding children with complex needs. I have always tip toed with dance and joined the adult team attending a number of competitions around the UK. As a licensed chaperone, there is nowhere I would rather be than helping prepare our team to hit that stage and become the stars they want to be.
